3) Identify Potential Consultants

CSRG searches its comprehensive Contractor database to find the resources that are available & have the needed experience to make the project a success

When needed, we open up our network to find a new resource with the right experience at the right price for your specified needs

4) Select Consultants

Your team reviews our resources and interviews the consultants to make sure they have the right experience for your needs

You and CSRG finalize any necessary agreements, confirm consultant fees, deliverable, billing , etc.

5) Execute Project

Team members execute the project, complete key analyses, monitor activity to plan and process all activities to support the project milestones

Status updates provided to client sponsors by the CSRG Consultants

If needed, CSRG can help to provide project reviews and updates as needed

6) Transfer Knowledge

At the completion of the project, our resources spend time with your team to ensure key deliverables, findings and methodologies are fully transferred back to your team

Final copies of work product are also provided

After we have received your information, we will contact you to discuss your experience in more detail and (when needed) get 2 references from you

You and CSRG execute any needed agreements (NDA's, etc.) so everyone is prepared to move quickly for the next best client opportunity

1) Identify Project

We work with our clients to define the project, confirm the timeline, and outline required deliverables that you have the experience to complete

Once we have identified you as a potential resource for the project, we will contact you to discuss your availability and experience in more detail and get professional references from you to ensure your fit for the particular project

If needed by the client, you may be asked to help scope the project to make sure it is right

2) Project Selection

CSRG presents your qualifications to the client and you have a discussion to confirm your availability, experience and understanding of the project deliverables, etc.

We finalize all agreements, with you and the client

3) Execute Project

You do what you do best – deliver great client work!

Regular communications exist between you and the client for (at a minimum) weekly status reviews and discussions

Every 2 weeks, you complete your T&E’s and we bill the client

4) Transfer Knowledge

As you execute the project, complete key analyses, and provide valued input to the client, we want to ensure you transfer your knowledge to the client team members to ensure success as the project is concluded

5) Quality Review

CSRG works with the client to complete a Quality of Work Review to see how well you did on the project.

Feedback is prepared and information is shared on "What went well" and "What could be Improved".

You are asked to complete an EOP (End of Project) summary to make sure we have delivered the right project for you as well.
